Rooibos is primarily grown in South Africa and is also call red tea or sometimes red bush teas. Rooibos can be taken like black tea, with milk and sugar or without. They boost some health benefits, which are mainly for their antioxidant that may help to protect the body cells from free radicals. This in turn may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetics, cancer cell developments and heart disease. 

These health benefits are anecdotal and are often not supported with sufficient evidence but the bottom line is that Rooibos is a naturally delicious, safe and caffeine free tea that you can enjoy.
