Golden Yunnan Tea

Golden Yunnan Tea is a type of black tea that comes from the Yunnan province of China hence it's name. It is a richly textured infusion that offers hints of peppery spice, notes of sweetness and it is slightly malty. A great tea to be enjoyed without milk.

Preparation: 
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 200ml cup +1 for the pot. Infuse for 3-5 min.
