Organic Crystallised Ginger is a perfect addition to cakes, tarts and pastries.  It has a lovely combination of  gentle spice and sweetness with a dense chewy texture.

Crystallised Ginger is preserved in organic sugar and is as natural as it gets!  It is a great addition to fruit cakes, current buns, Christmas cake and pudding, mincemeat, mulled wine and festive biscuits.

You can snack on ginger straight from the bag or combine it with other warming spices in a range of recipes.
