For a perfect nutritious soup, cook in vegetable stock soup but you have the license to spice things up a bit also with beef or Chicken stock. Cooking Instructions
1. Soak overnight 2. Drain and add to pan with water. 3. Bring to a boil and boil briskly for 10 minutes. 4. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and tender. 5. Add to soups as required.
