Rooibos, or as it sometimes called Red bush, gives a golden-red coloured infusion with a delicate, sweet, slightly nutty flavour and a sweetish aroma.
It is grown on South African plantations and has been a popular beverage for generations. The infusion made from this unusual plant is naturally caffeine free and became very popular mainly for its health benefits. Rooibos contains antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

Honeybush is grown in South Africa and is from the same plant family as Rooibos. Honeybush is known for having a soothing effect on the central nervous system and can help relieve headaches, insomnia and nervous tension.

Ingredients: Honeybush (min 49%), Cinnamon pieces (min 10%), apple pieces (min 20%), sugar crystals, aroma, lemon grass.
May contain traces of nuts.

How to make: Brew in hot boiled water for 5 minutes. You can have with milk and sugar if you choose to.
