Tunde's Healthy Vegan Snack Mix

I have a passion to encourage healthy snacking, while making the options fun and exciting.

Tunde's healthy vegan snack mix makes a great healthy snack for when on the road, launch at work or that time of the evening when you've had your dinner but cant have another.

I came up with this mix because there is a lovely balance of sweetness from the cranberry with nice creamy crunchy crack of the toasted coconut with a variety of nuts ( brazil nuts, cashew, peanut, walnuts) as well as the soft blend of flavours from the organic Thompson raisins and sultanas.
