Wheat flour with vitamins and minerals (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)).

Cooking Instructions: Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water, return to boil and then cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time will create a firmer 'al dente' texture. Drain - Serve - Enjoy
